From inspection to testing
You bring in your turbo or we diagnose it on your vehicle. We check boost pressure under load, listen for unusual noise, and look for oil leaks. Then we run it on our test equipment to measure compressor efficiency and turbine performance. This tells us exactly what needs to be rebuilt and what can stay as is.
We carefully take apart the turbo cartridge. The compressor wheel, turbine wheel, shaft, and bearing assemblies all come out. Nothing gets forced — we use proper tools and techniques to avoid damage.
